Delivery Information

1. We only offer delivery within the UK. We do not currently offer international sales or international delivery.

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will be shown or confirmed before your order is placed. Larger, heavier or unusually shaped items may require a custom delivery quote.

3. Lead Times

Most items are made to order, so lead times vary depending on design complexity, workload, material availability, finishing requirements and customer approval time.

Any lead time provided is an estimate unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Collection

Collection is not offered. We may be able to deliver larger items locally where practical & agreed in writing.

5. Large or Heavy Items

Large, heavy or awkward items may require special delivery arrangements. Please make sure someone is available to receive and safely move the item if required.

6. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the packaging or item is damaged, take photographs and contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on this website.
